Olli Varis has a broad and interdisciplinary
experience on water, environment and development
research and consultation. He has been working
with Asian Institute of Technology, International
Institute for Applied Systems Analysis, United
Nations University, Mekong River Commission,
German Capacity Building International (InWEnt)
and various other institutes and organizations.
Dr. Varis is currently the Vice President of
International Water Resources Association. He is
the author of over 300 scientific papers.
