The British Geological Survey (BGS) is in the process of recruiting a Post-Doctorate Research post to work on a UK research council funded project examining the impact of climate change on groundwater systems.  The post, which requires a PhD qualified person, involves developing and applying novel groundwater models to link with (using OpenMI) surface and climate models.  The post, initially for three years, will be based at Keyworth, just outside Nottingham.  The advert can be found here "http://www.earthworks-jobs.com/geoscience/bgs10103.html".  The deadline has past, but we are still considering candidates.  The successful candidate would be expected to start in Autumn 2011 at the latest.
