Welcome Party

Don’t miss the replay of the final of EURO 2016 (football) during the welcome cocktail. You will also enjoy local products (foie gras & wine). Registration will be available during this evening.

The welcome party will begin at 8:00 pm at the Espaces Vanel, on the roof of Toulouse.

Espace Vanel is directly situated on top of the Metro station "Marengo-SNCF" on A-line.

From Matabiau railway station: at the exit of the station, walk to the left on the Boulevard Pierre Sémard for about 200 m. Then, turn left of the Allée Jean-Jaurès. The Arche Marengo - José Cabanis Médiathèque is 100 m in front of you. The Espace Vannel are situated at the last floor of the building.

From Blagnac Airport: take the shuttle to the city center, and go to the Gare routière stop. Then, walk along the Boulverad Pierre Sémard to the Matabiau railway station. At the railway station, continue for about 200 m along the Boulevard Pierre Sémard, Then, turn left of the Allée Jean-Jaurès. The Arche Marengo - José Cabanis Médiathèque is 100 m in front of you. The Espace Vannel are situated at the last floor of the building.

Aeroscopia Museum and Gala Dinner

Before the dinner, you can visit Aeroscopia museum during a private evening

With its unique collection, Aeroscopia is the home of a rich local aviation heritage and becomes a place of memory, creating a link between the past, the present and the future of aviation.

Beyond the preservation and promotion of legendary aircraft, Aeroscopia’s mission is to pass on a culture of aviation, transmit knowledge and create an attractive and educational place to encourage scientific and technical careers.

The collection is rich in legendary aircraft closely connected with the history of Toulouse and the surrounding region, such as Caravelle, Concorde, the Airbus A300B or the Super Guppy. Military aircraft, business aircraft, scientific research and general aviation are also represented.

A total of 25 aircrafts are available to (re)discover or even to go on board!

Then, you can taste local food during the dinner with a view on aircrafts.

Animations and surprises are planned during the evening!

Fireworks

Free Activity

The traditional fireworks of artifice of July 14th will be held on the edges of the Garonne (“prairie des filtres”) at 10:45 pm. The fireworks will be preceded by a concert.
